Background

Space Delawab is a gallery free from the strictures of the conventional art scene. Situated off the Lisburn Road, the gallery space exists in a dedicated bedroom space within a listed Victorian home and aims to act as a testing ground for artistic expression and endeavour. The entire house itself frequently becomes the site for new work as drama, music, painting, photography and digital art are allowed to flow throughout the building. Bi-monthly residencies are also a part of the artistic production experience sharing the house with its tenants/curators in the accommodation provided. Space Delawab shows a wide range of work from international well-established artists to fresh and innovative local talent.
